Prayers in the Dark

March 16, 2015

As you pass through the gauntlet of the exams and projects that herald the arrival of Spring vacation, I invite you take a moment out of the busy-ness to pause. If you have enough time, pause with LEM for worship at 5:15 in the Chapel and dinner around 6:30 in the Main Dining Room of W11. If you can make it for some part of that, please feel free to join us. If there is simply too much, take five minutes and breathe or scream or do whatever it is that reminds you that there is more to life than the upcoming exam or p-set.

If you are around over Spring vacation, LEM will be here holding worship. In addition, on Thursday the 26th at 7:00 PM, St. Peter’s will be hosting a conversation around “Prayers in the Dark”, the diary of Mohamedou Slahi, a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay. Feel free to join in the discussion if it interests you.
